It's been years since I was on the main stage, but has never disappeared from the scene in our hearts.
And now it's time for curly hair brunette beauty, Amy Grant, to assume a new generation with its inspiring music.
I always loved Amy Grant, but after learning what happened, I love it even more! It could have been the first contemporary Christian artist to have a platinum and reached number 1 in the charts, but the road to fame and Amy kept him at the top was not open easily. In fact, there was a lot of sweat, tears, recording sessions, and grace. It all started when the beautiful and brilliant young Amy was 16 years old. She had written his first song titled "Mountain Man" and although it was in the city of Nashville music, she did not let that prevents him from performing live.
After recording a demo with the leader of the youth of the church, Brown Bannister, Grant was soon attracting attention from a recording studio in Nashville, which would help launch her first
album "Amy Grant" just a month before his high school graduation. As the youngest of four daughters, Amy grew up with music in his veins. She and her sisters could carry a tune; each taking piano lesson, and three of the four girls have learned to play a little guitar, but it was Amy who really took the music professionally. In fact, Amy first two instruments were taken from her sisters.
After his first album, Amy would be singing hits like "El Shaddai" (which later was awarded one of the Songs of the Century and in a little while.

That album was 1982, a time to one that would legendary Amy. He became the first Christian album to be certified platinum (1985)_a feat that had never been achieved. But music was not the only thing that caught the attention of Amy during these years. Grant had fallen in love with the singer and composer, and the man who wrote the title track of his album "The eyes of my father" Gary Chapman. Grant Chapman and visited together in mid-1979 and June 1982, he married the couple.
It was because of this union that not only the three beautiful children Amy - Matthew, Millie and Sarah - became, but some of his greatest musical contributions to the world did so.
The story goes that Amy had just had her first daughter, Millie, and lacked creative inspiration for new music. But all that changed when I looked at the face of his 6 weeks old. Suddenly he found himself singing "Baby, Baby" and soon formed the legendary song and it was not long before he did it with number 1 on the Billboard charts of Music. Most people do not realize that Amy and her husband are two of the most generous people - not to mention celebrities - in Nashville. The couple is dedicated to giving back to the extent that the idea of Amy of "no work" is actually a calendar filled to the brim with charity concerts, appearances fundraising, consecrations greetings to heroes nursing and kickoffs non profit.
And Vince is known to play three or four outstanding performances payment for charity paid for each concert. He also chairs the golf tournament Vinnie Pro-Celebrity Invitational year, he founded to help support junior golf programs in Tennessee and gives money to a variety of charitable organizations as well.
Between the two of them sick children extraordinary woman wounded veterans people with multiple sclerosis, community activists, mentally ill, Africans in poverty, and growing list of humanitarian organizations based on the reputation of the couple to raise.
When some might say Amy Grant has become irrelevant to the millennial generation, the truth is Amy is back and better than ever. As this week marks the 25th anniversary of his famous mega-air "Baby Baby" (I have to be honest, it is still my favorite of her song), it seems that it got a remix, and now has a special guest is met you will not believe.
And "Baby Baby" is the only song that Amy and Vince touched my heart. It turns out that one of the results of Vince we know and love moment .was inspired by a woman who loved for so long. What is the life and history of Amy Grant reminded me is that if a person considers his way, only God can order our steps. Amy had no idea when he began the journey that would take his life. But day by day - thanks to errors, accidents and piety - which has increased and continue to glorify God, not only through songs, but through their daily lives to serve and love others.
